Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery or collection.
Ownership of the goods remains with Luna Bathrooms until payment has been received in full.

Any transit damage, shortages or incorrect items should be reported to Luna Bathrooms as soon as reasonably practicable, preferably within two (2) business days, together with photographs of the goods and packaging.
Prompt notification assists us in investigating freight claims but does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Products should be thoroughly inspected before installation.
Where applicable, products must be installed by appropriately qualified and licensed tradespeople in accordance with Australian Standards, the National Construction Code and the manufacturer's installation instructions.
Luna Bathrooms is not responsible for defects or damage resulting from:

12. Manufacturer Warranties
